The Space As you approach the boat, you’ll notice the cozy forward deck with comfortable seating and a dining table — perfect for sharing a casual meal or relaxing drink with family and friends. As you step into the salon (main living space), you’ll find plush seating, abundant windows that fill the space with natural light, and a 58” Samsung Smart TV for group entertainment. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming services using complimentary Wi-Fi. The open layout flows seamlessly into the galley (kitchen), making it ideal for conversation, meals, or unwinding after a day of exploring. The galley (kitchen) is fully equipped with full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including pots, pans, baking dishes, toaster, crockpot, Dutch oven, dishes, and flatware. Ample counter space — featuring a beautiful quartz countertop reminiscent of a flowing river — and generous storage makes cooking easy and enjoyable. Cabinets and drawers are clearly labeled for your convenience. The adjacent dining area features a spacious table, perfect for enjoying meals or gathering for board games and cards. Just behind the dining table, you’ll find a will find a coffee bar stocked with a coffee maker, Keurig pods (regular and decaf), an assortment of sweeteners, and creamer. In the cabinet above the coffee, you will find an assortment of coffee cups/mugs and tea bags. An assortment of paper plates, cups, utensils, and napkins is conveniently stored in the cabinet below the bar. A full-size stacked washer and dryer are located in the hallway and available for your use — a rare amenity on a houseboat. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided in the closet across from the washer and dryer. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The boat features a spacious primary stateroom with a king bed, along with two additional private queen berths located on split levels — one up two steps and one down three steps — creating separation and privacy ideal for couples or families. Each sleeping area includes its own smart TV for personal entertainment. The primary stateroom also offers direct access to the shared head (bathroom) for added convenience. All linens are provided. The boat features a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom layout with two separate heads (each with a vanity and marine toilet) positioned on either side of a full stand-up shower. The shower is centrally located between the two heads and can be completely closed off for privacy. The aft (rear) head can be accessed directly from the primary stateroom as well as the hallway, while the forward head is accessed from the hallway. This thoughtful layout allows multiple guests to get ready comfortably at the same time. An abundance of fresh bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and make-up removal towels are provided for your convenience. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are located on the towel rack in the aft head. Hairdryers are available in both vanities. PLEASE SEE MARINE TOILET USE INSTRUCTIONS POSTED AT EACH TOILET. Failure to follow instructions may cause the toilet to malfunction. If this happens, the toilet will have to be pulled after you leave to remove anything caught in the grinder. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE CALL IF ANYTHING OTHER THAN NATURAL BODY WASTE IS FOUND IN THE MECHANISM. Outdoor spaces Outdoor living is a highlight of this boat. The forward deck offers cozy, intimate seating along with a dining table — perfect for meals, conversation, or relaxed evening gatherings. The aft (rear) deck features two Adirondack chairs, an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink while taking in the water views. Above it all, the expansive upper deck serves as a true outdoor living room on the water. It includes a comfortable sectional sofa, lounge chairs for stretching out, two bar areas with seating for entertaining, and a 51” LG Smart TV with sound bar — perfect for game days, sunset cocktails, or movie nights under the open sky.
